Darryl D. Fournier – President

Mr. Darryl Fournier has over 28 years of nonwovens experience with top 10 nonwovens manufacturers in quality, operations and continuous improvement.

Darryl holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the University of Villanova.

Beth A. Wolfe – CFO

Ms. Beth Wolfe has over 30 years of finance and tax experience.  She worked as the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the past 17 years.

Beth received a BS Degree in Accounting from West Virginia University and an MBA from Winthrop University.  Beth is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Jonathan M. Layer – Bussiness Development Manager - Americas

Mr. Jonathan Layer worked in contract manufacturing sales with the largest wipes converter in North America and one of the largest converters in the world for over 5 years.  Jonathan earned a BS Degree in Management from Georgia Tech and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Gwen F. Seagraves – HR & HSE Manager

Mrs. Gwen Seagraves brings 18 years of prior experience in human resources, employee relations, benefits and recruiting in the nonwovens industry.  Additionally, Gwen brings 13 years human resources experience including corporate benefits from a global capacitor manufacturer and 6 years HR Generalist and Health & Safety experience from a global films packaging manufacturer.  Gwen is also a certified Human Resource Generalist.

Jared A. McKinsey – Quality Manager

Mr. Jared McKinsey comes from the pharmaceutical industry as a Microbiologist Supervisor.  Jared also worked as a microbiologist for two manufacturing companies.Jared received a BS in Microbiology from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

D. Wade Cannady – Production Manager

Mr. Wade Cannady has over 30 years of experience in nonwovens manufacturing and management as plant manager, production manager and supply chain manager.  Wade is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jerry Fan – Business Development Director

Mr. Jerry Fan brings over 22 years of sales and marketing experience in China and Asia-Pacific countries with a proven record of developing and growing business for multi-national companies.  Jerry received a BS Chemical Engineering from South China University of Technology and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
